Question regarding billing for ambulance service.

My mother has fallen 3 times in February and has used her pendent to summon the EMS. She has not required transportation to the hospital for any of these falls.

She has not received a bill for the EMS visits. Is this cost covered in her monthly charge for Life Alert?

We offer landline devices for customers that live in remote areas with bad cellular reception, but we also offer cellular versions as well for people who do not have a landline. Most customers opt in for the cellular units that do not require a landline. Our cellular equipment works completely independently on the cellular line that we provide, and does not need a Wi-Fi.
