Question regarding billing for ambulance service.
My mother has fallen 3 times in February and has used her pendent to summon the EMS. She has not required transportation to the hospital for any of these falls.
She has not received a bill for the EMS visits. Is this cost covered in her monthly charge for Life Alert?
