I have a muscle disorder which leaves me with very weak legs. I fell on to the garage floor after stepping down a 4’ step. I landed on my right leg breaking the tibia. My husband has dementia and was of no help. I pushed the Life Alert pendant and immediately got the help I needed. Two neighbors, the local rescue service and I was off to the local ER. This company sucks.

They will not let me out of my contract even though someone has moved in full time to take care of him.

Medallion is going off on its own. I took it off as told by customer service Now it doesn't work

Medallion goes off without my touching it. It started in the shower and continued when out of the shower.

I was told by Life Alert to take it off and lay it flat for 1-2 hours.

It has been 2 days. I need to call?

The Life Alert agent took care of everything so I could comfort my mother while waiting for help

Mom had a hard time walking and could not get around. So, I called for an ambulance and the Life Alert agent took care of everything so I could be there for my mother.

She stayed on the line and gave me updates of when the ambulance would arrive.

My mother uses her Life Alert whenever she loses her balance and falls. All is well because Life Alert is there to pick her up.

My mother lost her balance and fell by her bedside. She could not get up by herself.

She lives alone. She pushed her button which she keeps around her neck. Life Alert contacted the emergency services and us. Emergency services arrived before we got there and all was well.

Life Alert got me help when I couldn’t get up

I fell on the lip on my bathtub and could not get up. I lost my balance, I called Life Alert on my button around my chest.

The EMT’s showed up and they were very respectful and kind.

I take Life Alert with me everywhere I go

On the night of our 67th anniversary, my wife fell in our home. I took one look at her crying in pain, lying on the floor.

The Life Alert emergency button was two steps away. I immediately pressed the table top button. In less than a minute, the operator was talking to me asking about my needs. Instantly, she called for an ambulance.

In less than 15 minutes of my call emergency people arrived. My wife is still in rehab from the injuries she suffered.

Life Alert’s team provided great relief during our stressful emergency

My mother fell in her bedroom. She couldn’t reach her phone.

She activated her Life Alert and EMS came to her rescue and helped her up. They completed an assessment of her including vitals and exam to ensure she was ok!

Life Alert’s dispatcher had my husband’s medical info at the ready

My husband fell due to an orthostatic problem. The Life Alert staff member ascertained the issue, called the fire department, ambulance and stayed with us until EMTs arrived.

The staff was very calm, helpful, and called paramedics when my sister-in-law was having a panic attack

My sister-in-law was home alone for a short while, and a neighbor came to check on her. When she arrived, my sister-in-law was feeling dizzy and couldn’t breathe, so she had her push her Life Alert button.

Life Alert was prompt, courteous, caring and stayed on station until the situation was resolved

Two days after our service was activated my wife fell and I was not available to assist her. Life Alert received her signal from her necklace monitor.

They notified EMS and our designated local family members. EMS arrived promptly and got her up with no serious injury.

After I fell down the stairs, Life Alert got me help right away

I fell down a flight of steps and hit the concrete floor. Broke my arm in three different places.

I pushed a little pendant button and within 5 to 10 minutes I was sitting in the ambulance on the way to the hospital.

When I dislocated my shoulder in a fall, Life Alert’s dispatcher was thorough when getting me help and I was very pleased!

Late in the afternoon I was attempting to set up an additional lamp so that my bed-bound husband could have better lighting for reading. I tripped on the coiled cord of the lamp and slammed into a wall.

Slipping slowly to the floor. I determined that my shoulder was dislocated as I pressed my Life Alert button. As soon as the agent heard me say that I was injured, she began multitasking with local fire department. Help arrived very shortly and I was taken into caring hands.

Life Alert helped my 95 year old mom get help when she needed medical attention

My mom, who is 95, needed medical attention. Life Alert contacted the emergency department, they arrived very quickly, and were very helpful.
