Life Alert apologizes that our sales team did not place you on the Do Not Call list when you asked them to stop calling you.

We would like to explain the reason for their calls. Life Alert doesn’t cold call customers. When someone needs us, they call us. Our representatives treat each inquiry as a call for help. Grateful customers call our sales reps daily or send in testimonials (as seen on www.lifealert.com) stating how pleased that they subscribed to our service and didn’t wait. Conversely, our sales team has also witnessed customers procrastinating with a purchase until something bad happens. That is why they appear to be somewhat overzealous in their intent to sell.

Life Alert should be put out of business.Their customer service reps are relentless in trying to get people to subscribe to the service!

NEVER CALL LIFE ALERT FOR INFORMATION! THEY WILL PESTER YOU AND PESTER YOU EVEN WHEN YOU SAY PLEASE STOP CALLING ME. I ACTUALLY HAD TO CURSE ONE PERSON OUT, AND HE HAD THE GALL TO CALL ME BACK TO TALK ABOUT MY FOUL LANGUAGE! LOL.

About the memorial service of Mr.Abrams.

His wife Ronnie has worked for Life Alert for about 8 years and is one of the nicest and hardest working sales reps there. She and Mr. Abrams would attend all X-mas parties and he was respected and liked by everybody. Gaby and Leon being the %$$holes that they are did not attend the memorial service but there is no excuse why Audrey didn't.

Audrey Landau Grossmann, you are a despicable, low-life, ***-bag masquerading as a human being. As we posted before you were always the most negative, anti Gaby, anti Isaac, anti Israeli, anti Life Alert sales rep ever. Gaby even send you home for that. You were uncontrollable when Leon become a manager and not you.

You hysteria went on and on. You threatened to put Gaby, Leon and all the other Israelis in jail for that. When to everybody's surprise you became a manager, you started faking your true feelings and started pretending to be friendly and caring. You are a fraud, a$$ kissing and back stabbing at the same time.

All these good reps that you got rid off just because you knew what they thought of you. You don't allow the office staff any overtime but Leon never leaves and is making hundred of thousands in overtime.

But we all see right through you.Everybody at the office make a motion as to vomit or rub the foot into the carpet as to squash a bug after talking to you.You are shameless.

Life Alert and Gaby Gonen - Gaby Gonen Established a Great Reputation as a Can't Be Trusted Manager for Life Alert

From the moment you first shake his hand, you are being mislead and mismanaged.

The hundreds of salespeople that passed through should remember that first handshake....and when the encounter a similar one in the future... realize from that moment on..the screwing of you begins...that's what you walk away from Gaby Gonen,s management skills with, the feeling of being screwed!

Gaby Gonen should also be held responsible for the food coming out of the mouths of the homeless. Every Friday evening he obtains the left over food for free from Pret A Manager Restuarant on and feeds his sales staff as a bonus to them instead of the food going to the homeless (there is a shelter of very hungry down on their luck homeless around the corner from Life Alert's Park Ave NY Luxury Sales Office) or giving the food to City Harvest. Pret A Manager's policy is: Pret donates over 1.7 million products to charities working with the hungry every year. In the U.S., all of our shops donate food to local charities working with the hungry. In New York, that's City Harvest, We prefer to ensure as much food gets to the needy as possible every night. It's better our natural food goes to people who really need it. This great sales leader uses it as a self serving sales bonus for his benefit not to the needy. He's shameless! He has a Public Relation Firm...

On March 13 under the title "glaalert name is....."and on March 17 as "Amazed" Gaby Gonen accuses us of not signing our name to the posts - which we do at all the times, but he always signs with a fake name.He is worried because we are sending massages to all other places and he has a reason to worry.

We have send many emails with the instructions to google "Gaby Gonen" and have received very interesting comments. One says " mr gonen is known to spend little and tipping very little". Another says "Thank you for your alert. We will revise our dealings with Life Alert".

Others "Does the State's Attorney know any of this?" and " Last time he took towels and pillow cases...".

At the office it is worse than ever before.

On some days Leon and Audrey are putting up fake names on the sign-in board to make it 60 but actually there are less than 45 salespeople there.

The new CRM system...we can hardly wait.

They call and say we inquired which we never do. they call consatantly and don't know how to stop this annoyance
