this company has the absolute worst customer service ever and they lie i put the initial pay,went on a system for my mom but did not have her address handy to give to them they took it upon themselves to find her address and mail the product there meanwhile the address they found and shipped this product to WAS NOT HER ADDRESS i called and spoke to a manger who was so so awful and rude she antagonized me to the point i was screaming at her because she would not let me talk and had no interest in helping resolve the issue this is an unfair company and horrible horrible customer service
